The St. Joseph's Community Food Bank in Pembroke is a registered charity opened in 1986. We are a non-denominational, non-profit, non-political charity. We do not receive government funding. All food and monies are donated by local individuals, businesses and organizations.
The Food Bank relies on fundraising events, donations of money, food and gifts-in-kind from our generous community members and organizations. We are extremely grateful for your generosity. For information on how to donate, please go to our Donations page.
Volunteers are always needed. If you are interested in donating your skills and giving back to the community we would welcome your involvement.

Volunteer labor donations allow us to use almost 100% of cash donations for food without the burden of salary payments. Many thanks to the community and all our volunteers for their ongoing contributions.
